Your job is to keep the pipeline moving so no candidate falls through the cracks. When a process stalls, candidates drop off, hiring targets slip, and recruiters lose time. You’re the reason that doesn’t happen.\nWhat you’ll do\nSchedule interviews quickly and accurately for hiring managers, Talent Partners, interviewers, and panels.\n\nKeep the ATS clean: statuses, notes, and next steps always up to date.\n\nOwn candidate communication: clear, timely, and human across email, LinkedIn, and job boards.\n\nSpot where candidates are stuck: remove the bottleneck before it costs a hire.\n\nResearch first, then recommend: take the first pass yourself, add context, and loop in decision-makers in time.\n\nUse AI to move faster: keep your own judgment on every output.\n\nWhat you'll own\nFour numbers define this seat: candidate response time, time between stages, time to hire, and hires against target.\nWho you are\nYou have 1+ year of experience supporting recruiting or employee processes.\n\nYou must have experience with:\nScheduling interviews for hiring managers, recruiters, or Talent Partners.\n\nAn ATS or HRIS to manage candidate or employee records, statuses, and next steps.\n\nManaging candidate or employee communication by email, LinkedIn, or job boards (like status updates, follow-up, feedback or addressing their questions).\n\nAs long as you meet the required experience, we're okay if the title was different in your job! Relevant titles can include Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Scheduler, Recruiting Assistant, HR Coordinator.\n\nYour English level is C1: confident, concise, and comfortable at a fast pace.\n\nYou’ve spent 2+ years at one company at some point in your career (any role).\n\nYou type 40+ WPM.\n\nYou've used AI tools in real work and review outputs before relying on them.\n\nGeneral administrative or coordination experience on its own is not enough → check out our Executive Assistan t role instead!\nYou'll thrive here if you believe\nIf I don't keep the process moving, no one else will.\n\nTime kills hires.
