Strong client-facing and ERP integration experience is required.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe consultant will work across Maximo application development and support initiatives, contributing to technical and techno-functional solutions with limited dependency on functional teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in Maximo integration, workflow design and development, BIRT reporting, Java, automation scripting, and ERP system integration.\n\nThe position also involves working directly with clients, configuring security groups, developing SQL scripts, and supporting Maximo-related business requirements. The consultant may also participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and team management activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and support IBM Maximo applications and technical solutions.\nDesign and implement Maximo integrations with ERP systems.\nDevelop and maintain BIRT reports, workflows, Java solutions, and automation scripts.\nConfigure Maximo security groups and related application settings.\nGather requirements and design solutions with minimal functional-team support.\nWork directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.\nPerform RDBMS and SQL scripting activities.\nContribute to application development and support projects aligned with the UAE business calendar and holidays.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nIBM Maximo – minimum 8 years of experience\nAt least one complete Maximo implementation as a technical or techno-functional consultant\nJava\nMaximo Integration\nBIRT\nWorkflow design and development\nMaximo Automation Scripting\nERP system integration\nRDBMS and SQL scripting\nSecurity Group Configuration\nMaximo Finance and Procurement functional knowledge\nClient-facing experience\n\nPreferred / Good To Have\n\nRequirement gathering and solution design with minimal functional-team support\nExperience in the Utilities sector\nTeam Management\n\nMandatory Skills\n\nJava\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on IBM Maximo experience with technical or techno-functional implementation exposure and the ability to work independently on development and support activities.
