The candidate will work with Maximo modules, including finance and procurement, and contribute to integration, reporting, workflow, and automation activities.\n\nThe role requires experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems, configuring security groups, and working with relational databases and SQL scripting. The candidate should be comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities and supporting development and application support projects aligned with the UAE business calendar and holidays.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications.\nContribute to Maximo implementations, including technical and techno-functional activities.\nDesign and develop integrations between Maximo and ERP systems.\nImplement and maintain BIRT reports, workflows, Java solutions, and automation scripts.\nConfigure Maximo security groups and related access settings.\nWork with RDBMS technologies and SQL scripting for application support and development.\nCollaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.\nSupport application development and maintenance projects according to UAE business calendars and holidays.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nIBM Maximo – minimum 8 years of experience\nAt least one complete Maximo implementation as a technical or techno-functional consultant\nJava\nMaximo finance and procurement functional knowledge\nMaximo integration development\nBIRT reporting\nWorkflow design and development\nAutomation scripting\nERP system integration\nRDBMS and SQL scripting\nSecurity group configuration\nClient-facing experience\n\nPreferred / Good To Have\n\nExperience gathering requirements and designing solutions with minimal functional team support\nExperience in the utilities sector\nTeam management experience\n\nMandatory Skills\n\nJava\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of IBM Maximo experience, including a complete implementation, and strong hands-on expertise in Java, integrations, workflows, and technical customization.
