The role focuses on developing analytic applications, dashboards, KPI models, and governed data models to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine analytics, data integration, automation, and scripting skills to deliver scalable analytics solutions.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe role involves designing and delivering analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere, covering both import and live data scenarios. You will connect, model, and harmonize data from SAP and non-SAP sources while developing scalable and governed data models for reporting and advanced analytics.\n\nYou will also customize SAC applications using scripting, automate data processes, optimize application performance, and support predictive analytics and advanced visualization capabilities. Collaboration with technical and business teams will be required to deliver reliable analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop analytic applications, interactive dashboards, and KPI models using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere.\nConnect, model, and harmonize data from SAP and non-SAP sources within SAP Datasphere.\nBuild scalable and governed data models for analytics and reporting.\nCustomize SAC applications using JavaScript and other scripting languages.\nAutomate data processes in Datasphere to improve data utility and process efficiency.\nOptimize dashboard and application performance and identify potential bottlenecks.\nImplement predictive analytics, R visualizations, and external libraries to enhance analytics solutions.\nIntegrate SAC and Datasphere with SAP HANA and other databases.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven business objectives.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in SAP SAC and SAP Datasphere.\nStrong experience designing and implementing SAC solutions for reporting and analytics.\nHands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC for data management, integration, and automation.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAC predictive features, Smart functionalities, story canvases, data blending, and linked analysis.\nExperience developing unified and governed data models in SAP Datasphere.\nStrong coding and scripting skills in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.\nExperience integrating SAC/Datasphere with SAP HANA and other databases.\nKnowledge of SAP HANA XSA, SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, HANA Studio, and Git.\nStrong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.\nExperience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) is desirable.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\nAI / Generative AI\nSAP BW Extraction, Modelling & Reporting\nSAP BW IP\nSAP Datasphere\nSAP Joule for Consultants (J4C)\n\nGood to Have Skills\n\nMachine Learning Algorithms\nPrompt Engineering\nSAP IP Tools\nSAP Native HANA CDS\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP analytics, particularly SAC, Datasphere, and SAP BDC, with solid programming and data modeling capabilities.
