Strong software engineering practices and the ability to build production-ready AI services are essential.\n\nThe role also requires a platform-oriented approach, developing reusable components, templates, patterns, reference implementations, and accelerators that can support multiple teams. The candidate will contribute to monitoring, telemetry, production maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability-focused practices for AI solutions.\n\nExperience with enterprise AI/ML or GenAI platforms, LLM-based solutions, cloud ML tooling, and MLOps practices is beneficial, particularly in regulated or enterprise environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and implement large-scale ML and GenAI applications across the AI software development lifecycle.\nBuild and operationalize production AI services using Python and strong software engineering practices.\nDevelop reusable AI/ML components, templates, patterns, and platform capabilities for multiple teams.\nEnsure AI solutions are operationally ready with appropriate monitoring and telemetry.\nSupport production maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and hardening of AI services.\nContribute to enterprise AI/ML or GenAI platform capabilities and reference implementations.\nWork with LLMs and generative AI technologies where applicable.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to support scalable adoption of AI capabilities.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nAI/Generative AI\nMachine Learning – AIOps\nAI/GenAI Engineering\nPython\nProduction AI/ML service development\nMachine Learning and GenAI application development\nAI monitoring, telemetry, and operational readiness\nSoftware engineering and production troubleshooting\n\nPreferred / Good To Have\n\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.\nExperience building AI/ML or GenAI platform capabilities in regulated or enterprise environments.\nExperience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Llama.\nExposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices.\nAirline industry experience.\nExperience with AI registries, tool/agent registries, grounding, retrieval, memory, context budgeting, production hardening, and reference implementations.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\nAI/GenAI Research\nAI/Generative AI\nMachine Learning – AIOps\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThe ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions, with strong Python and production engineering expertise.
