The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server environments.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Support Analyst will manage and maintain Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments, supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of application components and related software. The role includes providing application support for ROMeo application components hosted in Azure environments.\n\nThe position also involves infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, Windows administration, security patching, and software installation. The resource will support SQL Server administration and database backups while working with relevant development and scripting technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Manage and support Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure. \n Deploy, configure, and maintain ROMeo application components across Azure-hosted environments. \n Edit and manage Terraform code and work with GitHub. \n Automate software installation and configuration using Ansible. \n Perform Windows administration and security patching activities. \n Support SQL Server administration and database backups. \n Troubleshoot application and infrastructure support issues. \n Work with .NET, VBScript, SQL Server, and related application technologies.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n Azure Infrastructure – IaaS and PaaS. \n Terraform and GitHub. \n Ansible for software installation automation. \n Application support, deployment, configuration, and maintenance. \n Windows Administration and security patching. \n SQL Server Administration / DBA and database backup. \n .NET, SQL Server, and VBScript.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n Angular \n Azure AI \n Azure App Service \n Azure DevOps \n Azure Functions \n Azure Service Bus \n GitHub Copilot \n HTML/HTML5 \n Microservices \n Node.js\n\nCandidate Profile\n\nThe ideal candidate will have 7–11 years of experience in technical support with strong Azure infrastructure and application support expertise.
