mentor mid-level engineers across the distributed team.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 6+ years : in platform, DevOps or software engineering, of which 2+ years working on internal developer platforms or developer experience tooling.\n\n- Developer portal experience : Hands-on experience building on Port.io or a comparable portal (Backstage, Humanitec) - data models, catalogues and self-service actions.\n\n- Direct Port.io experience is strongly preferred.\n\n- API-first engineering : Strong experience building against REST APIs and webhooks; solid scripting/development in TypeScript/Node.js or Python.\n\n- CI/CD and IaC context : Good working knowledge of GitHub Actions and Terraform - enough to design catalogue items that trigger real infrastructure automation.\n\n- Product mindset : Track record of treating platforms as products : user feedback, iteration and adoption metrics rather than ticket-driven delivery.\n\n- Distributed collaboration : Experience in sprint-based distributed teams;
