Responsibilities :\n\n- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Pega applications and workflow solutions.\n\n- Conduct requirement workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.\n\n- Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Pega.\n\n- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional documentation.\n\n- Work closely with Pega developers and architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible and correctly implemented.\n\n- Understand and document Pega Case Management, workflows, business rules, data models, and integrations.\n\n- Review functional designs and provide clarification to development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.\n\n- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate that delivered functionality meets business requirements.\n\n- Support UAT, including test planning, execution, issue clarification, and defect resolution.\n\n- Analyze production issues and coordinate with technical teams to identify appropriate solutions.\n\n- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Act as a key communication bridge between business stakeholders and the Pega technical team.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience working on Pega / Pega BPM projects.\n\n- Good understanding of Pega Platform, Case Management, workflows, business rules, and application functionality.\n\n- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.\n\n- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for Pega development teams.\n\n- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.\n\n- Experience working with Pega developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.\n\n- Strong UAT and defect-management experience.\n\n- Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nSkills\nBusiness Analyst, System Analyst,
