These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Appian Developer to support an upcoming project with Criminal Justice Information Center (CJIC) Support Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing Appian-based applications and workflows that support critical criminal justice operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the Appian platform, application development best practices, data analysis, and Agile methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTranslate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional Appian application components. \nDevelop, maintain, and enhance code for the automated expungement portal and workflows within the Appian CJIM environment. \nIntegrate third-party APIs and provide sustainment support for Appian-based workflows. \nImplement security best practices and compliance requirements identified by AFOSI. \nConduct unit testing and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify and resolve defects. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. \nCollect, analyze, and present data for recurring and ad hoc analytical reports. \nPrepare analytical responses for Congressional inquiries, FOIA requests, and other data calls. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and application modernization efforts.\nSkills Required:\nMust possess an active Secret clearance\nMinimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer. \nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Appian platform. \nAppian Developer Certification preferred. \nExperience integrating third-party APIs and developing workflow automation solutions. \nKnowledge of secure software development practices. \nExperience working in an Agile development environment. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Certification:\nAppian Developer Certification. \nExperience supporting government or law enforcement systems. \nFamiliarity with
