The developer will play a key role in building and enhancing user interfaces across multiple front-end frameworks, integrating data from enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with federal security and accessibility standards. This position requires collaboration with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment to develop responsive, data-driven applications that support USAF operational objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using Vue 3, React, and Angular.\nMigrate and consolidate functionality between existing front-end applications while maintaining a consistent user experience.\nTranslate wireframes, mockups, and business requirements into production-ready solutions.\nBuild dashboards and visualizations using tables, filters, and charts to display vulnerability and security data.\nIntegrate front-end applications with REST APIs and authentication services.\nImplement OIDC-based authentication and secure token management.\nApply front-end security best practices, including CSP and XSS prevention.\nEnsure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.\nDevelop unit and component tests and support automated UI testing efforts.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, Git workflows, and CI/CD processes.\nRequired Skills:\nMust possess an active Secret Clearance\n0-3 years of professional front-end development experience. \nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript development. \nExperience with Vue 3 (Composition API), React, or Angular, with the ability and willingness to work across multiple front-end frameworks. \nExperience using component libraries such as Vuetify, Material UI (MUI), or Angular Material, along with SCSS for styling. \nKnowledge of client-side state management solutions, including Pinia, Redux Toolkit, or similar frameworks. \nExperience consuming and integrating REST APIs using Axios or Fetch. \nExperience writing unit tests using Vitest, Jest, or similar testing frameworks. \nProficiency with Git version control and GitLab merge request workflows. \nStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end development best practices.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with Vite for modern front-end development and build optimization.\nExperience with Cypress for end-to-end and component testing of web applications.\nKnowledge of data visualization tools and libraries, including D3.js and other charting frameworks.\nUnderstanding of front-end security best practices, including Content Security Policy (CSP) and secure web application development.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards to ensure compliance and inclusive user experiences.\nExperience using Docker for local development, testing, and containerized application environments.\nCompTIA Security+ certification or willingness to obtain it to meet DoD 8140
