These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in designing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and OmniStudio components, along with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. This role involves working closely with business analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, APIs, and web technologies.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, functional applications and optimize system performance.\nBuild OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, Expression Sets, Decision Matrices, Industry Consoles).\nConfigure Salesforce apps, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and Experience Cloud pages.\nPerform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, and environment refreshes; maintain overall system health.\nManage system integrations between Salesforce and other platforms while ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts to investigate requirements, prototype solutions, and validate user story acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate with team members for implementation, unit testing, and configuration management.\nPrepare and maintain SDLC documentation as needed.\nEnsure compliance with security best practices and implement measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.\nSupport Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet release goals.\nRequired Skills:\nActive Public Trust clearance\nExperience: 3-5 years of designing, developing, and customizing applications within the Salesforce platform.\nHands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.\nProficiency in Salesforce Flows, automation tools, and OmniStudio development.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture in Salesforce.\nExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.\nAbility to troubleshoot and optimize performance for large-scale Salesforce implementations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).\nExperience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and/or AWS.\nKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.\nExposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps
