These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain, and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare, and Civilian Agencies.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a Senior AI/ML Data Analyst to support the creation, analysis, management, and governance of data used for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) model development and evaluation. This role will work at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, helping ensure that large and complex datasets are properly curated, analyzed, monitored, and maintained to support successful AI/ML initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong data analysis and technical skills with an understanding of AI/ML technologies, large-scale datasets, and geospatial data. This individual will work closely with users, stakeholders, and software engineering teams to identify data needs, evaluate data quality, develop visualizations, and support AI solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct data analysis, develop visualizations, and provide recommendations regarding data used for AI/ML model development\nEvaluate the diversity and suitability of training datasets and assess alignment between training data and operational data\nSupport governance and oversight of data operations, including data preprocessing, labeling, curation, and management\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools used to monitor and evaluate data operations\nPerform data quality monitoring, analysis, and assurance and provide recommendations to improve AI/ML and computer vision model performance\nAnalyze large volumes of geospatial data to identify patterns, trends, and potential solutions to complex user requirements\nWork with structured and unstructured datasets to identify valuable data sources, support data curation activities, and assess overall data quality\nApply data and performance metrics to support product and technical decision-making\nEvaluate industry-standard solutions and emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations regarding their applicability\nCollaborate with stakeholders, users, technical teams, and software engineers to translate operational needs into actionable data and technical requirements\nEngage with users and customers to identify and understand apply relevant advancements to ongoing initiatives\nQualifications & Required Skills:\nActive U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field\nMinimum 1 year of professional experience working with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies\nMinimum 1 year of experience working with large-scale geospatial datasets\nDemonstrated experience developing software using multiple programming languages and statistical packages\nKnowledge of dataset management and analysis tools and AI/ML technologies\nDemonstrated experience working with databases\nExperience working with structured and unstructured data\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive technical and product decisions\nExperience analyzing and assessing data quality for AI/ML applications\nStrong critical-thinking skills and demonstrated ability to collaboratively solve complex problems in a team environment\nAgile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to
