Our work culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of the Aerospace Readiness Enterprise System (ARES) Production program. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for managing the successful delivery of a large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) program while serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders.\nThe Senior Program Manager will oversee program execution across multiple contract periods, ensuring the delivery of production-ready capabilities that meet contractual, technical, schedule, and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex federal programs, leading cross-functional Agile teams, and maintaining strong relationships with government customers and executive leadership.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the execution and delivery of large-scale, mission-critical federal programs.\nServe as the primary interface with the Government Agreements Officer (AO) and Agreements Officer Representative (AOR).\nProvide overall program leadership, ensuring successful execution of cost, schedule, scope, quality, and performance objectives.\nFacilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, sprint reviews, program reviews, and retrospectives across multiple Agile teams.\nManage the integrated program schedule, sprint velocity, and delivery forecasts to meet government milestones.\nMaintain and manage the program risk register, proactively identifying and mitigating program risks and issues.\nEscalate cross-functional risks and dependencies to government stakeholders when appropriate.\nEnsure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on time.\nCoordinate government-directed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple development sprints.\nManage staffing, onboarding, resource planning, and personnel continuity throughout the contract lifecycle.\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with government customers, executive leadership, subcontractors, and project teams.\nMonitor program financial performance, budgets, staffing, and contractual compliance.\nDevelop and execute corrective action plans for schedule, cost, or performance variances.\nMentor Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators while promoting best practices in program delivery.\nEnsure compliance with applicable federal acquisition regulations, contract requirements, and organizational quality standards.\nRequired Skills/Qualifications:\nActive U.S. Government Secret Clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 8-12 years of experience managing large federal government programs or contracts.\nDemonstrated success managing complex programs valued at $10M or greater.\nExperience leading cross-functional technical teams supporting software development, IT modernization, or defense programs.\nStrong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and federal program governance.\nExcellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and executive communication skills.\nExperience managing program budgets, schedules, risks, and contract performance.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Engineering, or related discipline.\nExperience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs.\nFamiliarity with DoDI 5000.87 or other DoD acquisition frameworks.\nExperience managing Agile software development programs.\nPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
