The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, portal customization, and software engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements. \nDevelop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts. \nDesign and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency. \nConduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience. \nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. \nWork within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications:Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust\n6+ years of software development experience \n3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions \n1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization \nServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification \nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization \nAbility to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts \nExperience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow \nFamiliarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to work autonomously
