Together, we help tens of thousands of clients safely age in the comfort of their homes.\nAbout the role\nViv Technologies is seeking an experienced, highly organized Account Manager, Enterprise Partners to own the overall relationship with our large enterprise clients.\nThe role owns the client's experience and the health of the partnership: serving as the primary point of contact, keeping stakeholders aligned, leading business reviews, and making sure every request has a clear owner and reaches resolution.\nWe're only considering candidates who reside in or are in easy reach of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as in-office work will be required periodically. The office is located within a five minute walk of Union Station.\nKey responsibilities\nRelationship ownership\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact and own the executive relationship for each enterprise client.\nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across the client organization.\nKeep stakeholders informed on updates, progress, issues, and next steps.\nAccount planning and business reviews\nOwn account plans covering the client's priorities, stakeholders, success measures, and key initiatives, incorporating the solution roadmap from Solutions Engineering.\nLead recurring account meetings and quarterly business reviews: prepare agendas, document decisions, and track commitments to completion.\nAccount health and service\nMonitor account health and surface risks, service concerns, and opportunities early.\nMake sure every client request is acknowledged, routed to the right team, and resolved.\nCoordinate general service issues with support and other internal teams.\nKeep accurate records of account activity, communications, and commitments.\nQualifications\n5+ years managing enterprise accounts or customer relationships.\nProven success supporting complex, large-scale client organizations with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong customer success skills, including proactive communication, issue ownership, and reliable follow-through.\nExperience leading executive meetings and business reviews, and producing clear summaries and action plans.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.\nSound judgment when managing expectations, competing priorities, and escalations, and comfort working across departments without direct authority.\nWe embrace the uniqueness and perspectives of the community of people who work here and the clients for whom we care.
