This is your opportunity to influence how a high-growth organisation manages risk, resilience, and trust - and be part of a team making big, meaningful changes to how we operate.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll take the lead on:\nDefining and evolving our enterprise security architecture across cloud, application, infrastructure, hardware and data platforms.\nPartnering with engineering and product teams to embed security-by-design principles into every stage of development and delivery.\nDriving the adoption of Zero Trust architecture and modern identity, access, and privileged access management strategies. \nImplementing security controls aligned with security standards, industry best practices and regulatory requirements such as PCI, ISO, CIS, NIST, CSA, NIS, GDPR etc.\nEvaluating emerging technologies, identifying security risks early, and influencing strategic technology decisions across the organisation.\nGuiding incident readiness and resilience initiatives, ensuring architectural decisions improve detection, response, and recovery capabilities.\nShaping our cloud security strategy across our cloud environments, including network segmentation, workload protection, and secure CI/CD pipelines.\nGuiding teams with technical clarity and influence, helping build a culture of modern, scalable, secure engineering.\nBring clarity to complex security challenges and influence decisions at all levels.\nHelp to create a culture where secure engineering is everyone’s responsibility.\nWhat you bring\nYou’ll have deep experience in cybersecurity with a strong foundation in security architecture - particularly across AWS, hybrid cloud, and modern DevSecOps practices. You’re comfortable translating technical complexity into clear decisions, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels. You understand frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP etc., and ideally have experience designing or supporting PCI compliant environments. You’re hands-on with tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, IAM, and encryption, and you stay current with emerging threats and technologies. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or TOGAF are welcome but not essential.
