This will consist of multiple customers and includes the responsibilities of performance, financial stewardship, and team development in alignment with Vixxo standards and ownership objectives.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership and direction for daily facility operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with company policies and ownership goals.\nLead process improvement initiatives consistently across the business unit.\nBuild and lead high-performing operations teams across multiple functions.\nFoster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nManage and evaluate all service delivery performance are within SLA requirements and budgetary adherence for our customers.\nFoster a culture of exceptional service by ensuring timely and professional responses to client and tenant requests.\nCreate executive dashboards and regular performance reports.\nPrepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and expenditure tracking for assigned facilities.\nPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership team.\nEstablish predictive analytics for proactive operations management.\nDirect staffing activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement, fostering a productive and compliant workplace.\nManage large and diverse teams across multiple properties and locations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational consistency.\nEnsure service provider compliance with Vixxo and customer requirements. Partnership must be established to support both.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and retention.\nChampion operational excellence through innovation, adoption of best practices, and continuous service optimization.\nKey Competencies\nStrategic Communication (Oral and Written)\nTechnical and Operational Proficiency, including AI initiatives\nAnalytical Problem Solving\nCustomer-Centric Mindset\nFinancial Acumen\nLeadership and Team Development\nRelationship Management\nCollaborative Team Orientation\nVendor and Contract Management\nMultitasking and Prioritization\nQualifications\nPreferred bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field required.\nMinimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nProven track record of process improvement and operational transformation.\nExperience overseeing larger teams and complex portfolios with multiple facilities and client stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools\nDemonstrated success in project management and change leadership\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nProven leadership in human resource management, staff development, and performance oversight.\nExperience managing critical environments and using CMMS/Work Order systems preferred.\nPreferred Certifications and Skills\nMBA or advanced degree in relevant field.\nStrong understanding of contract management, compliance, and procurement.\nIndustry-specific expertise relevant to our business.\nExperience in high-growth or scaling environments.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AI.\nStrong financial discipline, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nWhy Vixxo\nAt Vixxo, we are an equal opportunity employer.
