You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics capabilities, leverage modern BI tools to deliver actionable insights, and continuously enhance analytical processes, data quality, and reporting solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate within an agile environment to support iterative development, testing, and delivery of analytics solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful insights.\nBuild and support analytics products using multiple data sources, technologies, and reporting platforms.\nPartner with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.\nCreate, document, and execute test cases to validate the accuracy, reliability, and quality of analytics solutions.\nMaintain documentation for business logic, data definitions, code, and solution changes.\nSupport the delivery of analytics initiatives by implementing enhancements, resolving issues, and maintaining existing solutions.\nAnalyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and support business decisions.\nPerform ad hoc analyses and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data optimization, and scalable solution design.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and validate data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and other analytics deliverables to ensure data quality.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n2 or more years of relevant experience required.\nProficiency with SQL required.\nExperience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI highly preferred\nFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and business intelligence best practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.\nExperience working with cloud-based analytics platforms, data modeling, performance optimization, or agile development methodologies preferred.\nExperience supporting healthcare, supply chain, or operational analytics initiatives preferred.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
