You will support client and internal stakeholders by translating complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product experience, support innovation, and contribute to long-term client success while mentoring peers and influencing organizational initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and sustain strategic relationships with Vizient clients across assigned analytics solutions.\nLead executive-level client discussions focused on adoption, utilization, and performance improvement opportunities.\nTranslate complex analytics and benchmarking data into actionable client insights and recommendations.\nDrive utilization and optimization of ODB, CPSC, CDB, and PA solutions.\nDeliver product demonstrations, consultations, webinars, and training sessions to support client engagement.\nCustomize analytic approaches and educational content to align with client goals and operational priorities.\nCollaborate with product management, data science, and client engagement teams to improve client experience and solution effectiveness.\nCapture and communicate client feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.\nDevelop best practices, value stories, and scalable resources that support client success and product growth.\nMentor Product Advisor team members through coaching, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing.\nLead strategic initiatives that improve team processes, cross-product collaboration, and client engagement models.\nRepresent Product Advisor leadership in internal initiatives and client-facing engagements.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\nStrong knowledge of healthcare analytics, benchmarking, operational performance improvement, and cost management strategies.\nDemonstrated ability to lead strategic and executive-level client conversations in complex healthcare environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets.\nExcellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.\nExperience influencing cross-functional teams and leading initiatives without direct authority.\nExperience supporting healthcare analytics solutions, including ODB, CPSC, CDB, and PA, or similar platforms required.\nStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nExperience working within health systems, physician enterprises, ambulatory environments, or hospital operations preferred.\nAbility to adapt to ambiguity, support change management efforts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nWillingness to travel.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
