You will build complex data visualizations from scratch, source and model data from Databricks, and design Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for senior executives, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, investors, and internal clients.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions from the ground up.\n\nSource, transform, and validate data from Databricks to support finance reporting and analytics needs.\n\nDevelop reporting tools that provide actionable insights and enable informed decision-making for key clients and internal partners.\n\nSupport reporting and insights activities aligned to corporate targets and business priorities.\n\nCoordinate with clients and stakeholders to define dashboard requirements, reporting needs, and insight opportunities.\n\nProduce monthly and quarterly consolidated reports, tools, and dashboards for senior executives, Finance Committee, Board of Directors, and investors.\n\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy across reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.\n\nPartner with Accounting and Financial Systems teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues.\n\nSupport FP&A team members in preparing business unit reports and related analysis.\n\nIdentify reporting efficiencies, enhancements, and continuous improvement opportunities across finance analytics processes.\n\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.\n\n5 or more years of relevant experience in finance analytics, FP&A reporting, business intelligence, financial reporting, or data visualization required.\n\nExperience building complex data visualizations and dashboards from scratch required.\n\nPower BI experience required.\n\nDatabricks experience required.\n\nStrong understanding of finance reporting, FP&A processes, and business performance insights.\n\nAbility to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.\n\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level clients and stakeholders.\n\nWillingness to travel.\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
