You will collaborate with business leaders and accounting to conduct complex financial analyses, evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial data into actionable insights that support informed business decisions and organizational performance.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the finance partner to assigned client groups, providing financial analysis, guidance, and decision support.\nManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for assigned client groups.\nAnalyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.\nPrepare and present monthly financial reporting, including key metrics, forecasts, and performance insights.\nReview Profit & Loss (P&L) results and perform root-cause analysis to identify and explain financial variances and anomalies.\nPartner with accounting to investigate financial discrepancies and ensure accurate expense reporting.\nDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support operational and financial decisions.\nProvide financial guidance and analytical support throughout the Operating Plan process.\nCommunicate financial insights and recommendations to business leaders and other stakeholders.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analysis.\nManage or contribute to ad hoc financial projects and initiatives based on business needs.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; advanced degree preferred.\n5 or more years of experience in financial analysis required.\nStrong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis required.\nDemonstrated financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.\nExperience translating financial analysis into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.\nAbility to identify financial trends, variances, risks, and opportunities through detailed analysis.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to various stakeholders.\nAbility to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work in a dynamic environment.\nExperience with Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
