You will aggregate and interpret complex data, evaluate financial performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will work independently on complex analytical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform complex analyses of capital equipment purchasing activity, capital planning, spend, utilization, savings opportunities, and financial performance.\nAggregate, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems, including Group Buy, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Equipment Planning, Capital Commit, Capital Spend Insights, Booking Reports, PRS, and AP Spend.\nConduct financial analyses, including cost comparisons, business case development, return on investment (ROI) assessments, trend analysis, and performance measurement.\nIdentify data discrepancies, investigate anomalies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy.\nTranslate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to support leadership, advisory teams, and business decision-making.\nSupport capital equipment strategies, portfolio analyses, benchmarking initiatives, and opportunity assessments to drive business value.\nDevelop charts, dashboards, graphs, and reports to communicate analytical findings, performance trends, and strategic recommendations.\nManage multiple analytical projects and priorities independently while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data integrity, and improve analytical capabilities.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n5 or more years of relevant experience required.\nHealthcare experience required.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience analyzing complex datasets, reconciling information across multiple systems, and developing actionable insights.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\nDemonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
