You will partner with stakeholders to drive project execution, influence decision-making through data-driven insights, and improve processes while ensuring successful project delivery, governance, and measurable business outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nLead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.\nDevelop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation to support successful project execution.\nEnhance project governance by developing metrics, reporting, and performance measures that drive informed decision-making.\nCommunicate project expectations, progress, risks, and recommendations to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.\nAnalyze project data and key performance indicators to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and support business decisions.\nPrepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.\nMentor project team members and promote effective collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.\nFacilitate project retrospectives and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n5 or more years of relevant experience required.\nExperience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Wrike; Smartsheet experience preferred.\nExperience with Mavenlink preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Microsoft Project and Visio experience preferred.\nProficient in project management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.\nAbility to analyze data and leverage insights to support project decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
