You will partner closely with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to execute strategic client workplans, translate spend analytics into actionable recommendations, and optimize contract performance. You will cultivate trusted client relationships and align Vizient tools, resources, and solutions with the client's health system’s strategic goals to deliver measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and supply chain optimization.\nResponsibilities:\nExecute client workplans through data analysis, opportunity identification, and development of actionable recommendations.\nUtilize Vizient analytical tools to interpret complex spend data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into client insights.\nActivate and optimize Vizient national and committed GPO contracts to increase contract utilization, cost savings, and value realization.\nCultivate trusted client relationships by understanding priorities, communicating insights, and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives.\nFacilitate client meetings and related activities that strengthen engagement and increase utilization of Vizient tools, contracts, and resources.\nApply knowledge of Vizient tools, contract performance management, and data analysis to identify and address opportunities across the client portfolio.\nApply structured change management approaches to advance initiatives and adapt to evolving client priorities.\nCollaborate with the Spend Executive, Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions aligned with client goals.\nApply problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment to resolve complex client and internal questions independently.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n5 or more years of relevant experience required.\nExperience in supply chain, purchasing, contract management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions preferred.\nProficiency with analytical tools and ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.\nKnowledge of contract performance management, contract utilization, and supply chain optimization concepts.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and initiatives.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint.\nDemonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset..\nLocations on site 3 days- Irving TX OR Chicago IL.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
