We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.\nSummary:\nIn this role, you will develop high-quality software products for Vizient as an active and collaborative member of a software development team.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software independently.\nWork on larger, more complex or new stories for solution development.\nPlay an active role in story break-up and grooming.\nCollaborate with others to story completion, and participates in architecture/design sessions.\nDemonstrate improved utilization of skills in applicable tools and technologies in accordance with existing SOP's and framework.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n2 years of relevant experience required.\nDemonstrate experience with Object Oriented (OO) programming.\nDisplay proven experience with at least one core technology.\nDemonstrate familiarity with design patterns and industry standards.\nStrive for full stack development (multiple technologies).\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
