You will work closely with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to ensure alignment with your client’s strategic goals, enabling measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and supply chain optimization. This role will support execution of the client workplan, leveraging Vizient tools, resources, and analytics. Hybrid on site 3 days.\nResponsibilities\nExecutes the client workplan, applying analytical storytelling and data interpretation to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities.\nManages analytics and client coordination activities independently, ensuring accurate tracking of performance metrics.\nBuilds and maintains strong client relationships by serving as a key point of contact, addressing routine needs, and ensuring consistent communication that supports client goals and engagement.\nCollaborates cross-functionally with Category Managers, SMEs, and Product Advisors to align strategies and implement initiatives.\nInterprets spend data using Vizient tools to evaluate trends and develop actionable recommendations for providers.\nDrives contract performance management by monitoring utilization, identifying tier optimization opportunities, and ensuring alignment with workplan objectives.\nCommunicates effectively with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of solutions.\nDemonstrates continuous improvement and change agility by adapting to feedback and evolving client needs.\nApplies problem-solving and critical thinking to address barriers and support measurable client outcomes.\nQualifications\nRelevant Degree preferred.\n2+ years of experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights into actionable strategies.\nProven ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating across internal teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate productive discussions.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.\nDemonstrated agility, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.\nWillingness to travel for client engagements.\nHybrid on-site 3 days.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
