You will transform AI platform usage, adoption, consumption, cost, performance, and business-value data into meaningful insights for business and technology leaders. This role combines data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, AI operations, and FinOps reporting to support AI governance, optimization, capacity planning, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, business intelligence, and AI operations.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that measure AI adoption, utilization, performance, cost, capacity, and business value.\nAnalyze AI operational data and key performance indicators, translating technical metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.\nDeliver executive and operational reporting that supports AI governance, optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning.\nMonitor and analyze AI consumption, cost, utilization, capacity, and token-usage metrics across enterprise AI platforms.\nSupport AI forecasting, budgeting, FinOps reporting, and capacity-planning activities.\nAnalyze adoption patterns, usage trends, operational performance, and platform effectiveness across AI technologies.\nDevelop trend analyses and forecasts to identify opportunities to improve adoption, utilization, and overall platform value.\nGather, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems and AI platforms to support reporting and business decision-making.\nPerform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nEnsure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of data used in dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.\nPartner with business, technology, finance, governance, and AI operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements and communicate findings.\nContinuously improve reporting processes, analytical methodologies, dashboard usability, and the visibility of AI operational outcomes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.\n2 or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related function required.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for business or operational reporting required.\nExperience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development required.\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting required.\nExperience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business and operational insights required.\nExperience developing operational, financial, performance, or executive reporting required.\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences required.\nMust be willing to work in the office three days a week.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience reporting on AI, Copilot, generative AI, or other enterprise AI platforms preferred.\nFamiliarity with AI consumption metrics, token-usage reporting, capacity management, forecasting, or FinOps practices preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Databricks, or comparable analytics platforms preferred.\nExperience using Python for data analysis, reporting, or automation preferred.\nExperience working in the healthcare industry or another regulated environment preferred.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
