We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.\nResponsibilities:\nManage product strategy, roadmaps, business requirements, enhancements, launches, and lifecycle priorities across complex, interconnected product suites.\n\nConduct client and stakeholder discovery to understand business needs, end-user challenges, market opportunities, and emerging requirements that inform product strategy and prioritization.\n\nDevelop and communicate product vision, value propositions, positioning, and priorities that address market needs and create differentiated client value.\n\nTranslate client and business needs into product requirements, user personas, journeys, use cases, process flows, data models, and other documentation to guide product development.\n\nDefine minimum viable product features and prioritize features and epics by balancing client needs, business value, technical considerations, development capacity, cost, and time to market.\n\nPartner with application development, agile, analytics, and data science teams throughout discovery, development, prototyping, testing, sprint reviews, and product delivery.\n\nLead cross-functional planning and execution for new product launches, releases, and enhancements in collaboration with sales, marketing, delivery, and other business teams.\n\nAnalyze product health, competitive intelligence, market research, client feedback, and win/loss insights to identify gaps and recommend product enhancements and new opportunities.\n\nCoordinate user acceptance testing, product demonstrations, education, documentation, and ongoing communications to support successful product adoption and releases.\n\nPartner with sales and marketing to develop product messaging, support client acquisition and retention strategies, and provide product expertise for active opportunities and RFPs.\n\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n\n5 or more years of relevant experience required.\n\nExperience managing complex products or product portfolios throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nExperience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, value propositions, and launch plans.\n\nExperience translating client and market needs into product requirements, features, and strategic priorities.\n\nExperience partnering with application development and agile teams to deliver technology-enabled products or solutions.\n\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate product vision, priorities, and value across diverse audiences.\n\nExperience with product discovery, market research, user acceptance testing, and product launch activities preferred.\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
