We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.\nResponsibilities:\nRequired Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain solutions using SitecoreAI / XM Cloud and headless Sitecore architecture.\nBuild reusable components and digital experiences using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Sitecore JSS/Content SDK.\nDevelop Sitecore templates, content models, renderings, layouts, and integrations following established development standards.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to architecture, estimates, and implementation planning.\nIntegrate Sitecore with APIs, search, authentication, analytics, digital asset management, and other enterprise platforms.\nApply AI-assisted development tools to coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation while validating outputs for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-based deployments across development, QA, and production environments.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, performance, publishing, and production issues.\nPerform code reviews and promote software engineering standards, design patterns, testing practices, security, and maintainable code.\nPreferred Responsibilities:\nEvaluate emerging Sitecore and AI capabilities to identify opportunities to enhance engineering practices and digital experiences.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
