As a Customer Support Executive, you will perform a variety of sales-related tasks, both customer facing and supporting the wider team in order to improve our overall customer experience. This role will be office-based.\nDuties:\n· Manage straight to order accounts to increase sales team capacity\n· High availability and CAR\n· Responsible for batch cleansing and management\n· Completion of direct sales administration (quotes and orders)\n· Support purchasing with stock Cleanses.\n· Support regarding IT Systems and Change Management\n· Additional support as cover for absence.\n· Processing orders\n· Responsible for error logs and forms\n· Responsible for booking in forms which includes customer sites for coordinating deliveries\n· Dealing with Inbound phone calls and passing through the account owner or managing the call where appropriate;
