Tasks include validating invoices, entering invoices, posting material receipts, matching invoices to packing slips, obtaining W-9’s for new vendors and preparing payment batches.\nVerify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to include, sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts.\nVerify the accuracy of all invoices.\nMaintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.\nReconcile bank accounts daily.\nConduct weekly goods received not invoiced (GRNI) analysis.\nPrepare weekly Cash flow reports, AP Reports (including a Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) Analysis) and other reports as needed.\nCollaborate with Purchasing, Sales and Inventory Control Departments.\nProvide clerical and administrative support to management and work on various special projects, as required.\nWork with fellow employees, vendors and customers to resolve any problems or discrepancies.\nEssential Skills:\nMinimum two (2) years of experience in a comparable corporate accounting role.\nHigh School Diploma with some college level accounting classes or equivalent.\nFully knowledgeable of all basic accounting techniques\nMust be detail oriented and organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.\nEstablished computer skills including proficiency in Excel.\nPrior experience working with an MRP or ERP system.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, work efficiently, anticipate work needs, and follow through in a fast-paced high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with vendors, customers and all levels of management.\nProven analytical, problem-solving skills, documentation skills, stress and time management and multi-tasking skills.\nNon-Essential Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in an Accounting discipline preferred.\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Great Plains, AX or D365.\nPhysical & Mental Demands:\nRegularly required to sit, walk, bend and stand.\nPotential travel via air, rail and car.\nExpected to effectively communicate in person, on phone, and via email and other electronic devices on a continual and repetitive basis.\nWill need to repeatedly use hands to finger, handle, feel and operate standard office equipment\nDay to day responsibilities could require lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds.\nOccasionally will be required to lift, move, erect and assemble marketing and tradeshow materials and equipment up to 50 pounds and of varying height, length and width dimensions.\nSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and the ability to
