Сейчас мы ищем менеджера по работе с клиентами.

Задачи

  • Взаимодействие с руководителями образовательных организаций, преподавателями, учениками, родителями
  • Формирование групп участников и расписаний, координация задач между участниками проекта (образовательные организации, преподаватели)
  • Составление документов (подготовка договоров, актов, отчётов)
  • Сбор обратной связи от учеников/преподавателей/образовательных организаций
  • Сопровождение участников проекта в течение года по всем вопросам

Требования

  • Владение Google WorkSpace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Владение навыками устной и письменной коммуникации
  • Умение самостоятельно находить ответы на вопросы за счёт изучения и анализа информации
  • Клиентоориентированность
  • Приветствуется опыт взаимодействия с образовательными учреждениями и работы в онлайн-проектах
