Задачи

  • Полный цикл управления проектами: от запуска до завершения
  • Планирование проектов, формирование Roadmap и контроль ключевых этапов
  • Управление сроками, объёмом работ, приоритетами, ресурсами и рисками
  • Декомпозиция задач, ведение и актуализация бэклога
  • Координация кросс-функциональных команд и контроль исполнения обязательств
  • Проведение проектных встреч и обеспечение прозрачности статуса проектов
  • Запуск новых инициатив и постоянное улучшение процессов
  • Выстраивание и стандартизация процессов управления проектами

Требования

  • Опыт управления IT/digital-проектами от пяти лет
  • Опыт ведения средних и крупных проектов, нескольких инициатив одновременно
  • Сильная экспертиза в методологии управления проектами: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
  • Опыт выстраивания и совершенствования процессов проектного управления
  • Навыки управления сроками, рисками, ресурсами, бюджетом и зависимостями
  • Развитые коммуникационные и лидерские навыки
  • Базовое понимание разработки: API, frontend/backend, интеграции, релизы, тестирование и SDLC
  • Опыт работы с Jira, Kaiten, Confluence, Notion, MS Project
  • Умение работать с метриками и принимать решения на основе данных
  • Системность, самостоятельность и ориентация на результат
