Требования

  • Сильный практический опыт в Go: concurrency, контекст, тестирование, профилирование
  • Навык быстрого погружения в существующую кодовую базу
  • Опыт проектирования и разработки высоконагруженных сервисов
  • Понимание вопросов отказоустойчивости, производительности и деградации функциональности
  • Понимание принципов микросервисной архитектуры и интеграционного взаимодействия между сервисами
  • Опыт работы с PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
  • Навыки профилирования, отладки и анализа проблем
  • Опыт участия в командной разработке: code review, декомпозиции задач, взаимодействии со смежными командами

Будет плюсом

  • Опыт разработки ботов и мини-приложений для ВКонтакте, Telegram, MAX
  • Понимание принципов агентской разработки (написание скиллов, планирование, управление контекстом) и опыт работы в специализированных инструментах (claude code, codex, open code)
