  • Проводить комплексный анализ продукта, включая стратегические, тактические и операционные инициативы
  • Выполнять ретроспективный анализ и анализ трендов, объясняя изменения в метриках
  • Поддерживать процессы продуктового развития: планировать и проводить эксперименты, проверять гипотезы на основе данных и формировать рекомендации для улучшения продукта
  • Подготавливать аналитические отчёты для заказчиков, делая данные доступными и понятными
  • Проактивно взаимодействовать с кросс-функциональными командами, предлагая аналитические решения для достижения бизнес-целей

Требования

  • Python: работа с инструментами анализа данных, написание ETL-процессов для интеграции и обработки данных
  • SQL: создание запросов, оптимизация таблиц и структур данных
  • BI-инструменты: уверенное владение BI-инструментами для построения отчётов и визуализаций, желательно DataLens/Tableau
  • Продвинутые знания статистики: умение прогнозировать, сегментировать и кластеризовать данные, работать без A/B-тестов, когда это необходимо
  • Уверенные знания в продуктовой аналитике: знание ключевых метрик, интерпретация данных и способность доносить аналитические выводы до заказчиков
