The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Set-Top Boxes, Android TV, Fire TV, OTT platforms, or connected devices, along with strong debugging and automation skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.\n\n- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for OTT and connected-device applications.\n\n- Test Android-based devices, Set-Top Boxes, Android TV, Fire TV, and related platforms.\n\n- Perform API testing using REST APIs, Postman, and RestAssured.\n\n- Use ADB for Android device testing, debugging, log collection, and device-level troubleshooting.\n\n- Perform firmware testing and troubleshoot issues at the device level.\n\n- Analyze application and device logs using Kibana/ELK and other debugging tools.\n\n- Use tools such as Charles Proxy and Firebase for network monitoring, debugging, and issue analysis.\n\n- Track and manage defects using Jira and test management tools such as Zephyr/Xray.\n\n- Maintain automation code using Git/GitLab and support CI/CD execution through Jenkins.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.\n\n- Leverage GenAI and LLM-based tools responsibly to improve test automation and QA productivity.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.\n\n- Good knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, JSON, and RestAssured.\n\n- Strong experience with ADB and Android-based devices.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Set-Top Boxes, Android TV, Fire TV, OTT, or connected devices.\n\n- Understanding of firmware testing and device-level troubleshooting.\n\n- Experience with Git/GitLab and Jenkins.\n\n- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, or Xray for defect and test management.\n\n- Knowledge of Kibana/ELK, Charles Proxy, and Firebase is preferred.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\n-
