AI-powered tools using Java and related technologies.\n\n- Build AI-driven testing solutions and intelligent automation capabilities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.\n\n- Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation and faster software delivery.\n\n- Develop scalable automation components and testing agents that can be reused across different applications and engineering teams.\n\n- Implement observability practices using logs, metrics, and traces to monitor application behaviour, identify issues, and improve system reliability.\n\n- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and platform teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical engineering solutions.\n\n- Engage with internal users to understand requirements, gather feedback, and improve the usability and adoption of automation tools.\n\n- Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements to automation reliability and performance.\n\n- Apply engineering best practices, including code reviews, version control, documentation, and maintainable software design.\n\n- Support the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across development and testing workflows.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications :\n\n- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on expertise in Java development.\n\n- Previous experience in QA, test automation, or automation engineering, with practical experience building and maintaining automation solutions.\n\n- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven testing or AI-enabled automation capabilities.\n\n- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality checks within software delivery workflows.\n\n- Experience developing reusable frameworks, libraries, tools, or automation components.\n\n- Knowledge of observability concepts, including application logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing.\n\n- Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, validating data, and investigating database-related issues.\n\n- Good understanding of software testing principles, debugging, root-cause analysis, and software development best practices.\n\n- Ability to design scalable solutions and work effectively with multiple engineering teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, or other financial-domain projects.\n\n- Exposure to AI agents, LLM-based automation, or intelligent testing frameworks.\n\n- Experience with modern automation tools, source
