岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责推进项目全生命周期流程搭建与优化，对齐IATF16949、APQP体系要求，拉通研发、供应链、质量端实现项目端到端闭环管理。
2、统筹电驱、车载电源类重点项目集群，识别进度、EMC、物料供应等核心风险，推动跨部门资源快速补位，保障项目按节点交付。
3、搭建适配业务的项目管理模板与评审机制，沉淀项目经验库，持续提升团队整体项目交付成熟度。
4、对接核心客户同步项目状态，精准识别需求变更并完成内部产销协同传导，保障客户交付满意度。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、30-35岁，本科及以上学历，3年以上车载电源/电驱行业项目管理经验，有成熟的复杂研发项目统筹落地案例。
2、精通APQP、PPAP等汽车行业质量体系，熟悉IPD产品开发流程，能独立完成流程诊断与优化。
3、具备强跨部门协同能力，可快速协调研发、生产、物控资源解决项目卡点，过往有EMC整改、样机量产类攻坚项目经验优先。
4、持有PMP或相关项目管理认证，目标感强，能承受多项目并行的工作节奏。
