岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、分析客户售后质量指标达成状况。

2、主导售后问题和客户投诉问题的处理，及时与客户汇报，维护客户关系。

3、跟踪检查客户索赔执行状况，执行异常索赔申诉。

4、完成年度客户满意度的调查和分析，组织进行改善

5、定期拜访客户，了解客户需求并组织内部评估改善

6、完成领导交办的其它工作事项

任职要求 / Requirements

1、全日制统招本科理工科专业教育背景;

2、3年以上汽车行业售后质量工作经验;

3、熟练使用多种质量技术和管理方法 ( SPC, MSA, DOE, PFMEA, control plan )，熟悉PCBA整个制造流程;

4、良好的决策能力、沟通能力、管理能力、计划与执行能力。
