traceability from definition through testing and delivery\n\nCollaborate with architects, developers, and testers to align solutions with business objectives\n\nLeverage AWS environment experience for troubleshooting, monitoring, and solution validation Scrum Master\n\nSecondary\n\nFacilitate essential Agile ceremonies when required (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)\n\nRemove minor impediments to enable efficient delivery\n\nPromote transparency and visibility through Agile metrics and dashboards\n\nEncourage collaboration and communication across distributed teams\n\nSupport Product Owners with backlog prioritization and refinement\n\nProvide light coaching on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement\n\nSkills Must have\n\n6+ years of Tech BA & SM experience with stronger emphasis on Technical BA skills\n\nTechnical degree or equivalent professional experience\n\nStrong background in analytics, systems development, and dashboard creation\n\nHands-on experience with Dynatrace, QM, Kibana logs in an AWS environment\n\nProficiency in JIRA and Agile tools\n\nKnowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks\n\nExcellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nLocal to Chicago preferred (close collaboration with product owners and PI
