Poland and the UK); candidate must have no travel restrictions\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, validation, and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with business needs and transformation goals\nFacilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution decisions\nConfigure and support SAP Controlling (CO) for Make-to-Order (MTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, including: standard costing; actual costing; cost component structures and splits; overhead costing; variance analysis; Cost Center Accounting (CCA); Profit Center Accounting (PCA); Internal Orders; Profitability Analysis (CO-PA); allocations and assessments; and period-end closing activities\nProvide functional leadership, ensure solution governance and quality standards, and support successful delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle\nRequirements\nExtensive hands-on experience in SAP Controlling (CO)\nProven expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) business processes\nStrong experience with Product Costing (CO-PC), including costing design and period-end processes\nExperience in complex global manufacturing environments preferred\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills\nAbility to lead teams, influence decision-making, and collaborate across business and IT organizations\nMust be authorized to work in the US and able to travel internationally without restriction (valid passport)*\nPreferred (optional): Project Costing;
