In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our projects running smoothly, ensuring efficiency and hitting every goal along the way. If you are financially savvy, great at managing timelines, and ready to make great ideas happen, we want to meet you!\nWhat you’ll do\nProject Planning & Management: Craft detailed project plans, define scopes, build timelines, and allocate resources alongside the Account Supervisor.\nBudget & Timeline Tracking: Keep a close eye on project progress and budgets, proactively identifying potential delays and optimizing costs without compromising quality.\nClient Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client briefs and feedback, while staying up-to-date on your client's industry trends.\nMeeting Coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and document internal and client meetings, ensuring everyone is aligned on agreements and next steps.\nReporting & Presentations: Design clear, concise status reports and compelling presentations for both internal and external audiences.\nTeam Support: Back up the Account Supervisor with strategic planning, problem-solving, and the creation of new business proposals and pitches.\nAdmin & Finance Management: Own the administrative workflow using Advertmind-from uploading estimates and securing client approvals to gathering campaign evidence and tracking the billing and invoicing process.\n Document Control: Maintain an organized, up-to-date archive of all relevant project documentation (briefs, contracts, approvals, etc.) so the team always has what they need.\nWhat you’ll need\nProven experience as an Account Executive, Project Manager, or a similar role, preferably within a creative, marketing, or tech agency.\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a relentless attention to detail.\nStrong financial awareness for budget tracking, estimate management, and billing follow-ups.\nStellar communication and presentation skills-you know how to read a room, manage stakeholders, and deliver a message clearly.\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.\nTech-savviness and familiarity with agency management software.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
