While this position has no direct reports, you will act as a pivotal project lead-collaborating closely with cross-functional agency teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, and Analytics) to drive campaign momentum, solve operational challenges, and foster strong client relationships. \nKey Responsibilities \nClient Relationship & Day-to-Day Leadership \nServe as the main day-to-day contact for client brand marketing teams, maintaining clear communication and high levels of client trust. \nManage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget, ensuring proactive status reporting and clear meeting agendas/recap documentation. \nUnderstand the client’s business goals, retail environment, promotional calendar, and brand guidelines to ensure agency output aligns with commercial objectives. \nIntegrated Campaign Execution & Project Orchestration \nOversee the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, TV/video, print, OOH, social, CRM, e-commerce, and point-of-sale/retail activations). \nPartner with strategy and creative leads to steward work from creative brief approval through final production and campaign launch. \nMonitor project workflows, risk factors, and approval stages, ensuring all internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams meet key milestones. \nManage asset delivery schedules, retail store/dealer collateral distribution lists, and digital channel specs. \nAccount Operations & Financial Management \nManage account finances, including project scoping, fee tracking, production estimates, client approvals, and monthly billing reconciliations. \nPartner with production and finance teams to ensure projects remain profitable and within approved budget parameters. \nTrack project scope changes proactively, issuing change orders or scope adjustments as needed. \nPerformance Tracking & Industry Knowledge \nCollaborate with media and analytics teams to monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and deliver post-campaign reporting to clients. \nMaintain a deep curiosity about marketing trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive activity in the client's industry and competitive activity in the client’s industry. \nQualifications & Experience \nExperience: 4-6 years of account management experience within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency environment. \n Integrated Expertise: Proven track record of executing multi-channel, 360-degree integrated campaigns (digital, social, video, CRM, and retail/POS collateral). \nFinancial Acumen: Comfort managing project budgets, estimates, vendor costs, and billing processes. \nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead client meetings confidently. \nOrganization: Exceptional project management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. \nKey Competencies \nSelf-Starter & Autonomous: Able to drive initiatives forward independently, anticipate client needs, and solve problems proactively without requiring direct reports to delegate to. \nCollaboration: Natural ability to build strong working relationships across creative, strategic, media, and production departments. \n Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to proofing, campaign specs, timing plans, and financial tracking. \nThe base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between the values at the bottom of this posting. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.\n-\n$65,000—$115,000 CAD\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
