helping brands activate transformation through creativity and experience.\n\nExperience : 5+ Years.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Act as the technical point of contact for Adobe Experience Cloud Business Consultants and Architects, managing technical delivery for Adobe clients across different domains.\n\n- Develop and implement Adobe Target campaigns for website optimisation and personalisation, including requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, offer coding, campaign creation, metrics, audience segmentation and quality checks.\n\n- Support UI development for client websites as required for personalisation.\n\n- Recommend technical best practices for optimising and personalising digital assets across web, tablet and mobile platforms.\n\n- Drive coding standards, reusable processes and templates to ensure quality and timely delivery.\n\n- Manage delivery priorities, timelines and stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Collaborate with Adobe consultants, client teams and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.\n\n- Lead personalisation projects, mentor team members and drive innovation in personalisation solutions.\n\n- Implement Adobe Target across web, mobile and other digital platforms.\n\n- Create and manage tests, campaigns, audiences and measurement parameters.\n\nKey Requirements :\n\n- 5+ years of overall industry experience, preferably in Digital Marketing.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Target.\n\n- Experience with Adobe Target implementation using Adobe Launch or JavaScript.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target Web SDK.\n\n- Experience with backend/server-side deployments using SDKs in Java/.NET.\n\n- Knowledge of Adobe Target APIs.\n\n- Strong JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML and Web Services/API experience.\n\n- Familiarity with UI/UX, Mobile SDK, dynamic web development, personalisation and web analytics.\n\n- Experience with React or Angular is an added advantage.\n\n- Knowledge of Chrome profiling, Lighthouse and cross-browser testing tools.\n\n- Ability to lead and mentor team members.\n\n- Adobe Target Architect Certification is an added advantage.\n\nWhat we can offer you
