As a Technical Lead, you will develop and implement customer web platforms using front end technologies. This involves defining scope, timelines, technical solutions and leading the end to end delivery. You will drive customer communication, engage customers, facilitate development, ensure adoption and adherence to best practices and mentor team of developers. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, collaborative, and fosters inclusivity, authenticity, and trust across teams. \nExperience in Years: 10+ years of relevant experience\nResponsibilities\nParticipate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experience in CMS. \nLead workshops between creative, content teams, and development teams in relation to template and component identification and requirements, and governance strategy between development and authoring tasks. \nCollaborate and work closely with customer and manage expectations, ensure clear communication, define scope, agree on timelines and manage client dependencies. \nGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \nLead story/task grooming sessions and evaluate the dependencies and prerequisites for the tasks. \nLead greening sessions and ability to solution and estimate efforts. \nDesign, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code. \nReview PRs and manage quality of development, coach and mentor team on development skills and ensure adherence to best practices. \nSupport client content team on platform usage, guidance and support. \nManage feature/product demos to customer. \nLead retrospective workshop at conclusion of project; capture and up-level actionable recommendations. \nCollaborate with Sales on GTM service offerings and pre-sales inquiries. \nCoordinate customer feedback with product teams \nResearch trends for design & front-end technologies to support improving design/front-end workflows. \nRequirement\nSoft skills: \nStrong problem-solving skills. \nExperience working in a globally dispersed scrum team. \nDemonstrated experience in Agile methodologies. \nCollaboration and engagement skills. \nExperience working with Communications and/or Marketing teams and/or Design Agencies. \nDemonstrated adaptability, goal orientated and innovative individual. \nStrategic problem solver and can relate the day-to-day details with broader business objectives. \nExperience in leading a project team. \nExperience in working directly with customer. \nTechnical Skills: \nExperience with any known CMS with functional knowledge of template editor and content author roles. \nExpertise in responsive design and mobile application design. \nExpertise in front-end development, especially JAM stack \nIn depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 (Less, Sass is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred. \nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. \nDetailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 is a plus). \nExperience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus. \nExpertise in Design systems, Style guides, Pattern libraries \nFamiliarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. \nFamiliarity with Micro Front End concepts and Headless Implementation would be a plus. \nUnderstanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines. \nUnderstanding of content authoring and ensuring usability and intuitiveness for a content author while using a CMS. \nUnderstanding of information architecture and creating appropriate content structuring \nFamiliarity in Adobe XD, or other design tools such as Sketch or Figma. \nFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. \nFamiliarity with code versioning tools such as Git. \nExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. \nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. \nA knack for benchmarking and optimization. \nDeep understanding of core web vitals, web performance optimization techniques and best practices. \nAdherence to\nSoftware development standards \nAgile methodologies \nQuality assurance \nStandards Governance\n\nWhat we can offer you\nAlongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
