Success on the account is seen through creating an environment for great work, being responsible for the profitable delivery of services, holding key client relationships and delivering the best creative work alongside the overall strategy of the client.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstands and drives the strategic vision of the brand (alongside the planners).\nBrand activation experience - as a conductor in managing various expert partners such as digital, social, PR, media, events. Be in the pitch with the creative team, to ensure a powerful, robust creative idea.\nSupports the team by handling multiple briefs at any one time and leads the smooth delivery of each\nEnsures projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand.\nDirects the team and other departments on projects, strictly adhering internal and client’s processes while leading project delivery.\nControls and leads projects with financial targets in mind.\nTo engage with Business Heads on initiatives to further unlock client’s business.\nTo direct team members to ensure that all requirements are being met in terms of overall project delivery.\nTo supervise and manage the delivery of the work from the account group.\nTo think ahead and pro-actively plan out and assign workload on the business.\nTo be the client's trusted partner by providing sound brand and business consultation. Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies.\nTo develop, grow and nurture junior clients.\nConstant sharing best practise with clients.\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nSolid integrated campaign experience\nAn experienced Individual in a lead agency position working with multiple expert partners, or client with in-depth brand activation experience - to manage various expert partners such as digital, social, PR, media, events, 1-2-1, CRM. In short, Has Online to Offline activation experience.\nAbility to put together presentations and has the confidence to present to head of marketing.\nSoundboard and advisor to the clients.\nA mentor to the team.\nKnowledgeable on 360 communications and actively pursues digital opportunities.\nCommercially savvy and looks for growth opportunities.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
