technologies, continuously identifying opportunities to modernize business operations and improve organizational agility.\nWhat we want from you\n5-8 years of experience in Automation Engineering, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, Solution Development, or Technology Consulting within a global technology or SaaS organization.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise automation solutions that improve business operations and operational efficiency.\nStrong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and modern low-code/no-code development platforms.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, web services, connectors, middleware, and enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.\nHands-on experience with AI-powered automation and enterprise AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of SQL, data integration, reporting automation, and modern cloud platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.\nWorking knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices, DevOps, enterprise integration architecture, API management, and robotic process automation (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere).\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.\nExperience building enterprise applications supporting
