This will involve planning, running and facilitating workshops, reviewing and assessing source documentation from the customer\nIdentify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability\nCreate logical and innovative solutions to problems\nPresent proposals to clients\nWork with a scrum / delivery team through to go live\nAnalyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies\nProvide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with Project/Programme Managers\nCommunicate and collaborate with developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver quality and customer satisfaction\nProvide training to users of a new system as required\nPlan and work flexibly to meet deadlines\nKeep up to date with technical and industry sector advances\nMaintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation\nMaintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations to as required\nManage situations and relationships both internally and externally\n\nWhat you should have\nExperience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects\nExperience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Manangers\nAble to run workshops with client stakeholders\nExperience working on Content projects\nExperience working on Experience projects\nHighly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional.
