Atuará na preparação e exploração de dados, construção de relatórios e dashboards, além do desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos estatísticos preditivos para apoiar tomadas de decisão estratégicas.\nPrincipais Responsabilidades e Atribuições\nPreparação e Tratamento de Dados: Realizar a higienização, estruturação e preparação básica de grandes volumes de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes.\n Análise Exploratória (EDA): Executar análises exploratórias de dados para identificar padrões, tendências, comportamentos e oportunidades de negócio.\nModelagem Estatística e Preditiva: Desenvolver, validar e colocar em produção modelos estatísticos e algorítmicos.\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting: Criar e manter relatórios gerenciais e dashboards dinâmicos para acompanhamento de métricas e KPIs.\nSegmentação e Campanhas: Aplicar técnicas e metodologias para segmentação de públicos e mensuração do impacto/resultado de campanhas de marketing e vendas.\nInterface com Clientes/Stakeholders: Eventualmente interagir com clientes internos ou externos para entendimento de necessidades, alinhamento de entregas e apresentação de resultados analíticos.\nRequisitos e Experiência\n Experiência Profissional: Mínimo de 2 anos de atuação efetiva no mercado como profissional de dados (não será contabilizado tempo de estágio).\nModelagem Preditiva: Experiência prévia no desenvolvimento e aplicação de modelos preditivos.\nTécnicas de Negócio: Conhecimento em métodos de segmentação de públicos e metodologias para mensuração de performance de campanhas.\nRequisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills)\nLinguagens de Programação: Domínio de Python ou R para análise de dados e construção de modelos estatísticos.\nBancos de Dados: Domínio de SQL em bom nível para consulta, extração e manipulação de dados.\nFerramentas Complementares: Bons conhecimentos em Excel e PowerPoint (para estruturação de apresentações e data storytelling).\nPerfil e Habilidades Comportamentais (Soft Skills)\nTrabalho em Equipe: Facilidade para colaborar com times multidisciplinares, respeitando e integrando diferentes repertórios técnicos e de negócio.\nAutonomia e Proatividade: Iniciativa e capacidade de autogerenciamento para conduzir suas entregas de forma independente.\n Perfil Analítico: Foco elevado, atenção aos detalhes, concentração e forte capacidade crítica para resolução de problemas.\nWe believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
