This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, UX/UI, brand, and experience design, translating business and brand objectives into clear, compelling, and strategically connected content.\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on writer who can develop messaging frameworks, voice and tone systems, naming, campaign concepts, UX content, and modular content for scalable digital experiences. They are comfortable working directly in design environments such as Figma, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, strategists, creative directors, technology teams, and clients.\nThis role also embraces AI-enabled content development, testing, synthesis, and optimization, using emerging tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high standards for originality, accessibility, accuracy, brand equity, and user trust.\nExperience in CRM, healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, regulated environments, and advertising or marketing communications is highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead strategic copywriting and content strategy across digital ecosystems, campaigns, CRM programs, products, and customer journeys.\nDevelop compelling, audience-centered messaging that translates brand and business objectives into meaningful experiences.\nDefine and evolve voice, tone, editorial standards, messaging frameworks, naming systems, and content principles.\nWrite and refine campaign concepts, headlines, body copy, UX/UI content, CRM communications, calls to action, and other customer-facing experiences.\nPrototype and iterate language directly within design environments, collaborating with UX/UI designers throughout the creative process.\nPartner with UX, UI, CX, CRM, strategy, data, technology, creative, and project management teams to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.\nContribute copy and content thinking across both UX and UI workflows, bringing a strong understanding of user-centered design and the consumer journey.\nCreate scalable, modular content systems that support consistency and efficient production across platforms and channels.\nEnsure content meets accessibility standards and is optimized for usability, engagement, and relevant search practices.\nUse AI tools to generate, test, synthesize, compare, and refine content concepts while applying strong editorial judgment and maintaining brand integrity.\nApply iterative testing, optimization, and data-informed learning to improve content performance.\nPresent, articulate, and defend strategic and creative work with senior clients and stakeholders.\nMentor junior writers and contribute to team rituals, feedback, creative development, and professional growth.\nHelp establish and advocate for strong content craft and consistent language standards across teams and client engagements.\nNavigate complex stakeholder environments, including regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical communications where applicable.\nQualifications & Experience\n5-7+ years of professional copywriting, content design, content strategy, or closely related experience.\nBachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, advertising, or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.\nDemonstrated experience in an advertising agency, marketing communications, or experience-design environment; agency experience strongly preferred.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting, content strategy, UX/content design, campaign, and digital experience work.\nExperience developing content across campaigns, digital products, CRM, and multi-channel customer journeys.\nProven ability to develop and manage voice, tone, editorial, messaging, and naming systems.\nWorking knowledge of UX/UI design principles, user-centered design, responsive digital experiences, accessibility, and modern content practices.\nExperience working directly with designers and prototyping content within Figma or comparable design tools.\nCRM experience and an understanding of campaign management, customer journeys, optimization, and personalization.\nHealthcare and/or pharmaceutical client experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with regulated environments and complex stakeholder requirements.\nExperience using AI tools to enhance creative exploration, content development, testing, synthesis, and production.\nUnderstanding of content strategy frameworks, iterative testing, data-informed optimization, and emerging digital standards.\nStrong communication, presentation, collaboration, and client-management skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities and deadlines, and operate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.\nHigh EQ, mature judgment, and an ego-free approach to collaboration and creative problem-solving.\nT-shaped experience: deep expertise in Copywriting and content creation with strong working knowledge of UX, UI, strategy, CRM, and experience design.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe successful candidate will elevate the quality and effectiveness of digital experiences through exceptional writing and content strategy.
